I have been having upper abdomen pain and back pain- I was sent to get an ultrasound -the found liver shadows?

and called them an abnormality? I was told that I needed to get a Ct scan today- should I worry? My pain was a suspected gallbladder stone - the liver didn't bother me - what are they looking for? Am I gonna die????
