In mi Rohtang P has been opened for traveller? If not when from it will be open for the turist?

We will plan to move mi on 4th June 09. What conveyance will be available from Chakki bank to pathankot and from pathankot to dalhousie, Chamba, Khajjiyar, Dharmshala & Mi. We are 2 adults & one child. kindly suggest name of good hotels of Dharmshala.
