Ramadan If someone says they are?

THEY SHOULD TRY AND PRAY at least the five daily prayers and fast aswell..these are part of the main basics of Islam...and u can touch a Quran without wudhu...but when u read it its better that u have wudhu....however if u dnt have wudhu it dsnt mean u cnt read it or cant touch it...be it the arabic or the transalation...
