Ok this is actually a real question that i really need help with, it has to do with a kid at my school?

alright, there is this kid niles. we are only 12 and he says he is completely in love with me.and im very smart for a twelve year old and i know right from wrong. an of course being only twelve being told " i love you " creeps me out. he is very obsessive and calls and texts me at 5:56 in the morning, even after i tell him not to. he has asked me if i will kiss him, hug him and i tell him no because im not comfortable with that. he is crazy. i told him that i have only "loved" one guy and that was not him and he got upset and said "i love you more than preston ever will". i want to break up with him but i dont want to hurt him. if i do i feel like sh*t.please don't say your to young bla, bla, bla. really what i call a boyfriend is someone who is a good frieng but he is so far ahead. i don't know what to do or how to break up with him. i can't just sit him down because i only see him at school,and i dont have any cles except when he helps with the play set up in drama (to stalk me). please i need good advice
