How to look up my legal rights?

How can I find out my legal rights on filling a ual harment suite on an employee at my local gas station. I have been a customer there for over 51/2 yrs.. The manager there only knows me by first name only. Well, approx.16 days ago he took it pond his elf with a lot of nerves and groped be behind, I asked him why he did that and was he going to apologize, he said no, I made a police report,but I want to sue the gas station and him.please tell lme how to do this..I went to a couple of attorneys but they want too much just for counseltation I'm very low on funds..I live in Laws Vegas Nevada. Help thanks
