I've got a problem with getting girls.?

Okay, I've got crushes on four different girls right now (Kalya,Lindsie,Susan,Kelsey), and 3 of them know (Kayla Lindsie,Susan) Kelsey doesn't know that I like her, but I've got a feeling that she may like me too.I've asked Lindsie and Susan out, Susan's got a boyfriend now, and Lindsie she's trying to get over her last relationship. I havn't asked Kayla out yet because I'm afraid that it will affect our friendship like it did with Susan.So Susan is out, yet I still want to get with her. Anyway, What should I do? I don't want to have another relationship like my last one where she hit me and lied to me, and after she broke up with her last BF to get with me, she was making out with other guys the same day. Please? It would mean a lot.
