Which bird cage is better for 2-4 finches or a parakeet?

The second cage is more suited to both budgies and finches. The first one with its shaped roofline has access issues and you cannot easily cover a cage like that nor store anything on top of the cage like a playgym for the budgies etc. The second one is the best in all ways and perfect for budgies.
