What Should I Do? (Serious)?

Okay So My Boyfriends Brother Has The Worst Drug Problem I Have Seen EVER! I Wanna get him Help But Not Really Sure How.. He Is Addictted Too Herione, Morphine, Methadone, Suboxone, Hydros, Cocaine, Ecstacy, Um... He Huffs Air Duster (Ocionally). And I Bet So Many More. His Parents Had An Idea But He Is Pretty Good At Lien And Hiding Stuff. He Pes Out When He Huffs Air Duster, He Spits Up Blood On Methadone, He Throws Up On Suboxone, He Goes Too Extremes If He Has No Drugs When He Wants Em' He Is So Addicted Its Unreal. And It Just Scares Me. He Has Seen A Drug Counsiler And It Hasn't Helped Much And I Just Feel Like He Is On The Verge Of Dieing... What Should I Do? I Care About This Person Like A Brother And I Dont Want Him Too Hate Me Or Get Him In Trouble I Just Wanna Help Him Maybe Even Save His Life...
