Is reduction surgery a good idea?

I really hate my . They're so big compared to the rest of me; I never can find a bra that fits, I hate the way I look in any form-fitting clothing at all, I had to order my bathing suit online and I'm already growing out of it. I slouch and my back hurts. I'm only 18, but I really want the surgery, even if I have to wait a long time to get it (you know, expensive at all). Is it worth the risks? If you or someone you know have had it, tell me your story! I just want to know if it's a good idea.... all I know is I know it would improve my life to get the surgery.
