Is dis ok 2 tell a guy dat u felt bad n cried about something he said unintentionally ?

Im a girl n dere is a guy who i like a loot n I'm sure dat he does too but m not sure as a friend or whether he is interested.We had a general discussion on chat n as guys have habit to win every argument, so did he n he said somethings to me unintentionally n i felt bad even showed a bit how i felt, he said take it easy, but anyhow i felt bad n got teary after talking 2 him but haven't told him...shud i tell him how i felt?....coz i really like dis guy...
