Does anyone know a good alternative to Lexapro?

I am currently taking Lexapro with a combination of other drugs for complications from West Nile encephalitis. The problem is Lexapro cost $40 a month. When added with the cost of the other medications, therapy and bi-monthly visits to a West Nile specialist, $40 is a lot. I need a less expensive version of this medication that will have the same effects. By the way, it is mosquito season...wear protection. West Nile sucks. I was infected in November 2006. I live in southern MS and mosquitoes are bad most of the year. Being 29 at the time, literally saved my life. I have suffered but not nearly as bad as many others that have been struck with this virus. Please be careful.
