Any LPNs or RNs out there that can help me?

Ok so I am looking into going back to school. I am looking at a nursing program however, I do not know If i want to go for my LPN or my RN. If there are any LPNs do you ever wish you went for your RN? and Rn's What do you see as a benefit you have over the LPN roll? I don't mean to start a who is better so please do misunderstand. I just would like some clarity.
